CEO/President - Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce/Small Business Resource Center
As president and CEO of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, Keith works with more than 700 member companies and a 50-member Board of Directors to promote, grow and sustain a diverse and healthy business community. Whether he’s sitting down for a one-on-one session with a local business or political leader at Starbucks or lobbying in Annapolis, his interests in protecting and promoting local businesses are at the forefront.
Keith is also president of the Baltimore County Small Business Resource Center, where he leads a team to help local entrepreneurs establish and grow their businesses.
Keith launched his own consulting company, TALLspeaking, with the mission of helping everyone from established leaders to take their public speaking to the next level to giving a voice to those who have been long afraid to make their opinions heard. Through TALLspeaking, Keith leads individual, group and corporate workshops. Popular topics include understanding personal body language, learning to speak persuasively and performing in a job interview.
Keith is also an adjunct professor at the Towson University School of Business and teaches courses at the Community College of Baltimore County. He is a frequent keynote speaker at events for corporations and non-profits.
Keith is a participant in Leadership Maryland, a member of United Way of Central Maryland’s Board of Directors, a graduate of the Leadership Development Program at the Baltimore Jewish Council and of Leadership Baltimore County.
Keith started his career at Adecco and then as served as vice president for Goodwill Industries of the Monocacy Valley. He joined the Baltimore County Chamber in 2007 as director of government relations before rising to his current role.
Keith grew up in Ellicott City and received his BA in political science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
